Common questions

North West Melbourne FAQs.

Which suburbs in North West do you deliver to?

All of them. Our depot is in Cheltenham and we cover every North West suburb — see the suburbs grid above for the ones we've built dedicated pages for. If your suburb isn't listed, it just means we haven't written about it yet — we still deliver.

How far in advance should I book?

For marquee-scale events (weddings, milestones, corporate), 4–6 weeks is comfortable. Smaller setups (BBQs, backyard parties under 40 guests) usually only need 1–2 weeks. Call 0406 031 732 for urgent bookings.

What's included in the price?

Every quote covers delivery, on-site setup and pack-down. No hidden extras. What you see is what you pay.

Do you handle setup and pack-down?

Yes — always. Delivery, setup and pack-down are quoted upfront. You focus on the event, we handle the logistics.

Do you have Public Liability insurance?

$20 million Public Liability. Certificate of Insurance and SWMS documentation available within one business day for corporate, council and venue-permitted events.

What if it rains?

All marquees are fully weatherproof. Walls, lining and heaters can be added last-minute if the forecast shifts. We proactively check the week leading up to your event.

Can you deliver on weeknights and Sundays?

Yes to both. Weeknight delivery is often easier and cheaper — Wednesday and Thursday slots have the most flexibility. Sunday delivery is available for major events.

Do you accept corporate POs and invoice terms?

Yes — 14-day invoice terms for corporate and government accounts. Personal bookings are pre-paid.
