New house. First party. We know how these go.
We move Melbourne into new houses every week — Easy Peasy Removals is the sister brand. We know exactly what a housewarming needs. Marquees, tables, chairs, BBQs, cocktail furniture, bar setups. Casual delivery, friendly setup, gone before Monday morning.
The sister brand that already moved you in.
There's overlap between the removalist crew and the party-hire crew for a reason. Both jobs are about getting stuff into your house cleanly, on time, without drama.
Same operational discipline
Same team standards as the 1,190+ five-star reviews on Easy Peasy Removals. On-time, uniformed, respectful of your new floors and freshly-painted walls.
Right-sized for the crowd
Housewarmings are usually 30–80 people — some friends, some family, some new neighbours. Not corporate scale, not intimate scale. We'll spec kit for the actual mix.
New-house friendly delivery
We know new houses. Fresh landscaping, new paths, painted walls — our crews arrive knowing they're the first party guests to walk through your door. We treat the place accordingly.

Housewarming Party Hire Melbourne — the questions we hear most.
Are we already using Easy Peasy Removals — is there a discount?
Existing Removals customers get preferred rates on party hire. Mention your Removals booking in the enquiry and we'll apply the mates-rate. Same-week bookings around your move-in are especially achievable — we're already in your neighbourhood.
What kit do you recommend for a first housewarming?
For 40–60 people: 6m × 6m pop-up marquee (weather insurance), cocktail tables, a bar setup, festoon lighting, glassware, and a BBQ if you're doing food. Total: usually $700–1,200 for a weekend.
Do you deliver to apartments / townhouses?
Yes — with parking arrangements confirmed in advance. Tight access is common with new-build townhouses; we usually work it out. Tell us the address and any access notes in your enquiry.
Can we do the party in the front yard / driveway?
Yes — but check with your council about permits if you're planning marquees or amplified music on the nature strip. Backyard housewarmings are less admin-heavy generally.
Small crowd (20–30) — do you scale down?
Absolutely — we don't oversell. A 20-person housewarming might just need a couple of cocktail tables, some festoon lighting, and glassware. Minimum delivery threshold applies but small setups are welcome.
What about neighbourly noise concerns?
Not much we can do about the music side, but check your council's residential noise curfew (usually 10–11pm across most Melbourne councils). Doing a housewarming during 3–8pm on a Sunday is a good neighbourly move.
Move in this month. Warm the house next month. We do both.
