Christmas Party Hire Melbourne — the questions we hear most.
When should I book my Christmas party?
For December Saturday nights: by August is safest. Corporate weeknight parties: by October. Family backyard Christmases outside peak weekends: 4–6 weeks is usually enough. Ask early either way — we'll be honest about availability.
Do you supply Christmas-themed decorations?
We include festoon lighting, warm-white fairy lights and standard festive touches with December bookings by default. For deeper styling — themed centrepieces, garlands, colour palettes — we work with trusted stylists and can co-ordinate the hire around their vision.
What about EOFY corporate parties?
EOFY parties (usually June) are quieter for hire, so we've got more availability and slightly better rates. Same discipline, same corporate documentation — just a much easier booking window.
Can you do an outdoor Christmas party?
Yes — most of ours are outdoor or indoor-outdoor hybrid. Marquee with sidewalls covers you for both 38°C heatwave shade and a summer thunderstorm. We'll size the marquee to your space and guest count.
What if the weather's rough on the day?
Marquees stay up in strong wind and rain — commercial-grade, fully waterproof, engineered for Melbourne conditions. In extreme heat we can add fans; sidewalls come down easily to catch the cross-breeze.
Do you deliver during the Christmas week itself?
Yes — including 23rd and 24th December for Christmas Eve parties. Christmas Day itself we're closed. Boxing Day and NYE are back to standard operations.
