Milestones are usually sit-down dinners with the extended family. We lead with proper dining tables, comfortable chairs, and room for the speeches — not just cocktail furniture.

The speeches are half the point. Our milestone packages include wireless mic and speakers by default so every toast lands at the back of the room.
Weekday delivery welcome
Milestone birthdays often fall midweek to match the actual birthday date. We do Tuesday–Thursday deliveries as standard, no weekend surcharge for non-Saturday events.

How much lead time for a 50th (or similar)?
For a Saturday-night milestone at your peak time (Oct–Apr), 6–10 weeks is comfortable. Weekday milestones or off-peak Saturdays we can often accommodate 3–4 weeks. Tell us your date early and we'll be honest.
Do you supply PA / microphone for speeches?
Yes — wireless mic and speaker setup is included by default in milestone birthday packages. Handles a 100-person room comfortably. Second mic available on request for co-hosts or interviewers.
Can you do family-style dining setups?
Absolutely. Long trestle tables for family-style service, round tables for seated dinners, or a mix. Sized to your guest count. Tell us which style you'd like and we'll spec the kit accordingly.
What if the guest list spans generations?
Milestones often mean guests from 8 to 88. Sturdy chairs (no bar stools), level flooring options, sidewalls for weather insurance, sound at a reasonable volume for the speeches. We think about this stuff so you don't have to.
Do you do surprise milestone birthdays?
Very much yes — plenty of our milestone bookings are surprises. We coordinate delivery timing with the organiser, set up while the birthday person is out, and stay off any group chats. Just tell us who our contact is.
Can we combine with a caterer?
Of course — most milestones do. Our kit is stand-alone (tables, chairs, marquees, glassware, PA). Bring in your favourite caterer and we'll coordinate delivery to fit their bump-in schedule.
