When do we need to book by?
For December corporate Christmas parties: August is the safe window. For EOFY (June): 3–4 months. For Cup Day and Grand Final Day: August at the latest. Standard corporate events (product launches, board dinners): 4–8 weeks depending on scale.
Do you supply COI and SWMS?
Yes — within one business day of booking confirmation. Certificate of Currency showing $20m Public Liability + Product Liability. SWMS documentation covering delivery, installation, use, and pack-down. Both supplied to your event coordinator and the venue directly if needed.
Do you accept purchase orders and 30-day terms?
Yes. POs are our standard corporate booking method. 14-day invoice terms are automatic on approval; 30-day terms available for higher-value bookings or repeat clients. Raise this with us at quote stage.
Can you deliver mid-week to a Melbourne CBD venue?
Yes — weekday CBD delivery is our sweet spot. Load-in windows coordinated with venue building management. Familiar with most CBD tower loading dock processes.
What about product launches with staging + AV?
Yes — we supply staging blocks (assembled to your spec), PA systems (S / M / L), projector-and-screen combos, wireless microphones, LED uplighting. Larger AV rigs coordinated with our preferred audio partners.
Do you do repeat/annual bookings (Christmas parties, EOFY)?
Yes — many of our corporate clients book us annually. We keep your preferences on file and can quote quickly against previous years. Ask about our preferred-client rates for repeat bookings.
Can we do a corporate offsite in the Yarra Valley or Peninsula?
Yes — regional VIC delivery has a small distance surcharge (always quoted upfront). Yarra Valley, Mornington Peninsula, Macedon Ranges, Bass Coast — all standard territory for corporate offsites.
What's the minimum spend for a corporate booking?
Typically $1,500 minimum for metro delivery. For CBD and regional deliveries, minimums may be higher. Get a quote — often we can right-size to your event without breaking your budget.
