Can we book at short notice?
For weekday or off-peak weekends, yes — 2–4 weeks is often workable. For peak-season Saturdays we recommend 6–10 weeks. Ask early to be sure of availability.
Do you have equipment for smaller anniversaries?
Absolutely — a 15-person 40th anniversary lunch is just as valid as a 100-person 50th. We'll size the marquee, tables, chairs and glassware to your actual guest count, not overselling.
What about golden anniversary (50th) styling?
We include gold-accent festoon lighting options and can co-ordinate with your florist or stylist for a full golden theme. Ask in the enquiry and we'll show you what we've got.
Do you supply the PA / microphone?
Yes — wireless mic and speaker setup is included in most of our anniversary packages by default. Perfect for family speeches and toasts.
Do you deliver to nursing homes / retirement villages?
Yes — with appropriate lead-time and coordination with the venue's activities coordinator. Common venue type for milestone anniversaries.
Can we combine it with a lunch caterer?
Of course — our kit is stand-alone equipment (tables, chairs, marquees, glassware). You're free to bring in whichever caterer or restaurant does the food. We can coordinate delivery to fit their bump-in schedule.
