GF is the last Saturday of September. Weather can be anything from bluebird sunshine to horizontal rain. Marquees give you both — and our Friday-afternoon setup slots are the ones that go first.

When should I book for Grand Final Day?
August is the safe window. Corporate bookings often go in June or July. Same-week bookings the last week of September are usually impossible — we're already stretched.
Do you supply big-screen TVs?
Yes — TVs, projector-and-screen combos, and PA for the commentary. Very popular add-on for GF Day. Ask us for the biggest screen configuration you can accommodate.
What time do you deliver on GF Day?
Friday afternoon or Saturday morning depending on your setup complexity. Most backyard GF parties want kit installed by 10am Saturday so you can turn on the pre-game show and start the day properly. Cup Day-style early slots are limited — book early.
What if the weather's rough?
Marquees waterproof, sidewalls available. Melbourne weather in late September is unpredictable — always recommend booking marquee coverage as insurance for a GF party. Nothing worse than 40 mates crammed into a kitchen because it started raining.
Do you deliver on Grand Final Public Holiday Friday?
Yes — GF Eve is a public holiday in Victoria and one of our busiest setup days of the year. No public-holiday surcharge, standard rates.
Corporate box / venue party setup?
Yes — private-venue Grand Final parties are a big share of our GF work. COI + SWMS documentation supplied within one business day of booking for venue compliance.
