How much lead time do I need?
For Saturday engagements in peak season (Oct–Apr), 6–10 weeks is comfortable. Off-peak or weekday parties we can often accommodate 3-week lead times. Ask early to be sure.
Can we book you again for the wedding?
Absolutely — many of our wedding clients start with the engagement party. We keep your details on file so re-quoting for the wedding is straightforward, and often at preferred-rate.
What kind of styling do you handle?
Basic styling — table settings, linen, glassware, festoon lighting — is included. For deeper styling (florals, arbours, specific palettes), we work with trusted stylists and can co-ordinate the hire side around their vision.
Do you do garden parties in tricky locations?
Yes — including hillside backyards, narrow-access properties, and beach-adjacent venues. Tell us site details in the enquiry and we'll plan crew size and delivery approach around it.
What if we get engaged in an unusual venue?
Warehouse conversions, private clubs, art galleries — all standard for us. As long as we can access it and the venue permits equipment hire, we can make it work.
Do you do smaller engagement gatherings too?
Yes — 20–40 person engagements are common. Sometimes just a marquee, cocktail tables, festoon lighting and glassware is all you need. We won't oversell you.
