How far in advance do I need to book?
For peak season (October–April), 6–12 months is typical for the full package. For off-peak we can often accommodate 3-month booking windows. Send an enquiry and we'll confirm date availability within one business day.
Do you deliver to Yarra Valley / Mornington Peninsula?
Yes — regional delivery is standard for weddings. There's a small delivery surcharge outside the metro area which we'll include in the quote so there are no surprises.
Can we visit to see equipment in person?
We're a delivery-first operation, so no walk-in showroom, but we can send you a digital lookbook with photos of every piece plus sample setup shots at real venues. Just ask in your enquiry.
What if it rains on the day?
Our marquees are fully-waterproof commercial-grade structures with sidewalls available on request. For garden weddings we strongly recommend having a marquee booked as insurance — it's a lot cheaper than moving the whole wedding indoors last minute.
How do you handle the styling side — is that included?
Basic styling elements (table settings, glassware, table linens, festoon lighting) are included in packages. For deeper styling — florals, arbors, specific colour palettes — we work with trusted stylists and can co-ordinate the hire side around their vision.
Do you supply a Certificate of Insurance for venues?
Yes — venues that require a COI will get one from us within one business day of booking confirmation. $20m Public Liability on file.
