Can you make the space easier for older guests?
Yes. We lay interlocking floor tiles over uneven lawn, keep walkways wide, use cushioned chairs and keep the speeches area close to the tables. Tell us about anyone using a walker or wheelchair and we'll plan around it.
Do you have kids' furniture?

Do we need a marquee if we're using umbrellas?
For a summer lunch under 30 guests, a few market umbrellas can be enough. Above that, or if the forecast is uncertain, a marquee gives you guaranteed cover.
