How much seating do we need for a 40th?
Plan seats for about half your guests at a 40th — more than a 30th, because there are grandparents, parents with babies and people who've been on their feet all week. We'll mix dining chairs with bar stools so it doesn't feel like a wedding.
Can you set up a separate kids' area?
Yes — kids' tables and stackable chairs, a high chair or two and a standalone picket fence to define the space. It keeps little ones close but out from under the grazing table.
Do you supply grazing boards or catering?
We supply the grazing tables themselves — single and double wine-barrel tables are popular. The food comes from your caterer or grazing stylist; we can recommend people via our partner network.
Our party runs from 2pm to midnight. Does that cost more?
No — hire is priced per day, not per hour. We deliver and set up before your start time and collect the next day, so a long party doesn't change the price.
What if it's cold or wet?
Marquee walls go up on the weather side and patio heaters keep the area comfortable. We watch the forecast in the week before and will suggest walls or extra heaters if it's looking grim.
How far ahead should we book?
6–8 weeks for a peak-season Saturday. Heaters and festoon lighting are the first things to go in autumn and winter, so book those early.
