Yes — wireless mic and speaker setup is one of our standard add-ons for retirement parties. Handles a 100-person room comfortably. Ask for it in your enquiry.
Can we run a lunchtime / afternoon party?
Absolutely — lunch and afternoon-tea retirements are very common and our team is comfortable with earlier setup windows. Standard pack-down is next-day but same-day pack-down is available on request.
Do you have equipment suitable for older guests?
Chairs with backs and cushions (not just stools), tables with room for wheelchairs, level flooring options, and marquee sides for weather protection. Mention any accessibility needs in your enquiry.
What about weekday events?
Weekday delivery is standard for us — Tuesday to Thursday retirements are very common. Booking lead time is often shorter for weekdays than weekends.
Can we book at short notice?
Retirement parties often come together on 2–4 weeks lead time. Weekday and off-peak dates are easier for us to accommodate at short notice than peak weekends.
Do you do venues, not just backyards?
