What's a good cocktail-table-to-guest ratio?
One cocktail table per 6–8 guests works for a standard mingling event. If it's more food-focused (canapés heavier), lean towards one per 5. If it's dance-heavy, one per 10 leaves more open floor. We'll suggest based on your event.
Do you supply bar staff too?
We supply the equipment — bars, glassware, ice tubs, bar backs. For staff, we work with recommended bartender suppliers and can make introductions. Some clients BYO their own bartender friends — that's fine too.
Can we do a cocktail party outdoors?
Absolutely — most Melbourne cocktail parties in Nov–Apr are outdoor or indoor-outdoor. Add a marquee for weather insurance and festoon lighting for evening ambience. Both are standard.
What glassware do you supply?
Wine, champagne, cocktail (martini/coupe), highball, rocks glasses. All commercial-grade, delivered clean and polished. Sized to your guest count with a small buffer built in.
Do you do smaller cocktail events?
Yes — 20 to 40 guest engagements, birthday drinks and promotion parties are common. Minimum delivery threshold applies but a small cocktail setup for 30 is very achievable.
Can we combine with a canapé caterer?
Of course — most cocktail parties do. We coordinate delivery around the caterer's bump-in schedule. Tell us who they are in the enquiry and we'll liaise.
